Standing Upper Body is a versatile Series to stack strength and sculpting work into your Standing section. Choose your muscle focus—shoulders, biceps, back, or triceps—but always aim for balance by pairing opposing muscle groups in the same class.

This Series can be sequenced near the beginning or closer to the midpoint of class, depending on your class arc. It pairs especially well with Cardio or Standing Core for integrated fusion flows.
