Standing Core Series

Standing Core delivers rotational and side-bending movement patterns to fire up the abdominals—without ever hitting the floor. Use squats, side thigh work, or prop-based resistance to challenge the core in upright, functional ways.

It can stand alone or be layered into other Series like Cardio or Standing Side Thigh. If cardio is involved, place it early in class. Otherwise, Standing Core works well as a transitional bridge between strength-based blocks.
