Plank Series

Plank engages the entire body—especially the core, shoulders, and upper back. Most classes include at least one Plank Series, with a second added depending on time and structure. Because Planks are physically demanding, they’re spaced throughout the class to manage fatigue and reduce wrist strain.

This Series can be performed at the barre, on a wall, or with a chair. Props like yoga blocks can elevate the floor, and bands, balls, or sliders can increase resistance.

💡 Framework Tip: Plank is one of the most adaptable Series—use it as a standing warm-up, a floor-based strength set, or a transitional bridge into deeper core and glute work.
