This is your fusion runway. The Warm Up kicks off your class with dynamic, full-body movement—while giving you space to blend modalities like yoga, dance, martial arts, or functional fitness.

It’s more than prep—it’s a preview. Use this Series to introduce key patterns, prime the body in all planes of motion, and cue the mindset for what’s to come. Stick with 5 minutes minimum, or extend if you're layering in mindfulness, serving active aging participants, or teaching a high-intensity fusion.
